How we started

Bates WebTech started with a simple observation: too many organizations were stuck with software that didn't work for them. Off-the-shelf products that almost fit. Legacy systems held together with workarounds. Vendors that disappeared after launch.

We built this company to be the opposite — a technical partner that understands the problem before writing a line of code, delivers solutions that actually work, and sticks around to make sure they keep working.
